Kudumala ("we", "our", or "us") built as a Free applications. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information when you use our Apps.

1. Information We Collect

a) Automatically Collected Information

We use third-party services that may collect information used to identify and improve the App:

• Firebase Analytics – collects anonymous usage data such as app opens, levels completed, features used, device type, operating system version, and general location (country/region). This data is aggregated and cannot identify you personally.
• Firebase Crashlytics – collects crash logs and diagnostic data including device model, OS version, and stack traces when the App encounters an error. This helps us fix bugs and improve stability.

b) Locally Stored Data

The App stores your game progress, preferences, and settings (such as unlocked levels, coins, purchased themes, and hint counts) locally on your device using SharedPreferences. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to us or any third party.

c) Information We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect your name, email address, or any personal contact information.
• We do not require account creation or login.
• We do not collect precise location data.
• We do not collect payment or financial information. All in-app purchases are handled entirely by Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

2. How We Use Information

The anonymous data collected through Firebase is used solely to:

• Understand how players interact with the App
• Identify and fix crashes and bugs
• Improve performance and user experience
• Analyze level difficulty and progression balance

We do not sell, trade, or rent any data to third parties.

The App uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

We may integrate advertising services in the future. If we do, this privacy policy will be updated accordingly before any ads are shown.

KudumalaVaru is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone, including children under 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). The App does not require any personal information to function.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to remove that information.

5. Data Retention

• Firebase Analytics data is retained for up to 14 months, after which it is automatically deleted by Google.
• Firebase Crashlytics data is retained for 90 days.

We value your trust and strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting your information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
